We are looking for:

Salesforce System Architect

 

Your future role:

● create comprehensive and scalable Salesforce solutions that align with the PwC’s global Org framework,

● leverage salesforce knowledge to provide scalable solutions to solve business requirements,

● guid Business analyst in drafting user stories and implementation approach,

● work closely with platform product stakeholders, business leaders, developers, and QA, to ensure alignment on solution design.

 

Apply if you:

● have minimum 4 year(s) of relevant experience,

● obtained certifications: Salesforce Certified System Architect (CSA) and/or Salesforce Certified Application Architect (CAA),

● have several years of experience working as a developer, administrator, or consultant,

● demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in making IT solution design recommendations, including the following areas:

  • deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components,
  • driving architectural design and application delivery,
  • develop and maintain Salesforce architecture diagrams, ensuring that solutions are well-designed, scalable, and adhere to best practices,
  • lead the development of proof of concepts (POCs) to validate the design and performance of solutions, leveraging your technical expertise to create innovative POCs that encompass various systems,
  • understanding Established Software Development Lifecycles and methodologies including agile, scrum, iterative and waterfall, using blended resources,
  • utilizing analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify, debug and resolve technical issues,
  • implementing Lean IT principles and data driven approaches,
  • establishing protection of intellectual property, disaster recovery planning and adherence to SDLC as well as COBIT, CMMI, PMM4, and ITIL,
  • showcasing architectural domain knowledge including cloud application architecture and container-based deployment,
  • highlighting business acumen that can interpret and translate goals into technical specifications, delivering thought leadership of specific technologies and driving technology change,
  • utilizing business knowledge and interpersonal skills to build, maintain and influence relationships with senior leaders,
  • leveraging business and domain acumen to interpret and translate architecture plans to business plans,
  • supervising and establishing delivery of project initiatives, 
  • building trusting and influential relationships and engaging with vendors and third parties as appropriate,
  • collaborating with other Architects and Developers to provide technical design guidance to align with strategy and applicable technical standards,
  • working independently to evaluate and make strategic decisions that will address specific technology design needs,
  • participating in the development of thought leadership to influence their sphere of technology in the use of innovation to advance business capabilities,
  • researching and evaluating emerging technologies and novel approaches to make recommendations to enhance business processes and/or create a competitive advantage,
  • collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in resolving complex technical issues,
  • providing design guidance that follows the enterprise architecture vision and adheres to applicable application technology guidelines,
  • mitigating the impact of technical design to security, performance and data privacy,
  • participating in application solutions including assisting with planning and architectural design, development, resolution of technical issues and application rationalization.
