About the role:
As a Salesforce Consultant, you play an important role in the implementation of CRM systems within an organization. In this position, your responsibilities will involve collaborating with fellow team members to collect business insights, generate business documentation, outline system requirements, contribute to end-user training preparations, and undertake Salesforce configuration and testing. As a Salesforce Consultant you collaborate and design strategies and processes that align with the technology and business goals.

- Have proven experience (min. 2 years) working as a Consultant in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Have knowledge of the Salesforce platform (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and its functionalities.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Have experience in creating documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and data models.
- Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Have experience in data analysis and proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
- Are fluent in English and Polish (min. B2).
- Have experience in project implementation using Agile is a plus.
- Can easily adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
- Have relevant certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder).
