About the role:
As a CRM Business Analyst, you play an important role in the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) systems within an organization. In this role you will work with other team members gathering business inputs, creating business documentation, system requirements, participate in training preparation for end users. As a Business Analyst you collaborate and design strategies and processes that align to the technology and business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience (min. 3 years) working as a Business Analyst with a focus on CRM systems.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and their functionalities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in creating documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and data models.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in data analysis and proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Fluent in Polish and English (min. B2)
- Experience in project implementation using Agile is a plus.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and business needs.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Analyst) are advantageous.
